RE-MED STORE

Return of goods for private customers

At our company, we recognize that customers may have various motivations for wanting to return goods. Whether it be a simple exchange or because something is wrong with the delivery, item quality or simply not matching expectations; all are valid reasons and will meet corresponding considerations from us. We invite you to familiarize yourself with possible policies on returning items so your experience can go as smooth as possible!

You can find the return form – which must be used for exchanges, wrong deliveries and complaints here

The form must be completed and sent back together with the goods.

If you wish to use your right to cancel, you must use the Cancellation form which you can find here

The form must be completed and sent back together with the goods.

The right of withdrawal only applies to consumer purchases.

According to the Right of Cancellation Act, Remote Health International (REMED) gives you the right to cancel your purchase under the following conditions:

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify REMED of this no later than 14 days after you receive the delivery. If you have not received a right of withdrawal form either together with the order confirmation or upon delivery of the item(s), this deadline is extended to three months.

The item(s) must be returned to REMED in approximately the same quantity and condition as on delivery, and you undertake to keep the item(s) in the same good condition as when receiving the delivery. This means that the item(s) cannot be used, but can still be examined carefully. For example, single-use products or packaging with medical equipment in protective packaging that is sealed cannot be broken. If the item(s) are damaged or lost due to carelessness on your part or cannot be returned in approximately the same condition and quantity, you lose the right to cancel.

The item(s) must be returned at your own expense, in undamaged condition (as described above), in their original packaging together with the right of withdrawal form. When returning goods with a right of withdrawal, you must cover the shipping costs to the seller (recipient).

REMED will, on receipt of the item(s), if all the above points are met, refund the purchase price including postage for the shipment to you. The refund will take place within fourteen days after the item(s) have been received by REMED. In the case of manufacturing purchases (nametags or other specially ordered goods), you are obliged to pay the additional costs incurred for work carried out and materials used in accordance with section 16 of the Right of Cancellation Act.

See also the Consumer Council’s website for more information on the Consumer Purchase Act and the Norwegian Purchase Act, both of which refer to your rights.

Disputes

REMED wishes to resolve all disputes amicably. If this is not possible, you can bring the matter before the Consumer Council close to where you live. All disputes must be resolved according to Norwegian law. If the case is brought before the courts, it must be decided in the buyer’s court, which normally means close to where you live.
